Three establishments not in compliance, selling alcohol to underage


On September 15th, The Illinois Liquor Control Commission and Secretary of State Police clipped three establishments for selling liquor to someone under 22 years of age through a compliance check.  They were:

CASEY’S GENERAL STORE #2285, 3001 RIDGE AVE, SPRINGFIELD, IL 62702
CROWS MILL BAR & GRILL, 1220 TORONTO RD, SPRINGFIELD, IL 62712 (1 prior violation)
FIVE STAR LIQUOR, 1249 TORONTO RD, SPRINGFIELD, IL 62712-8620

During the operations there were eight prior violators who were re-tested for compliance.

The following establishments were found in compliance by refusing to sell alcohol to underage individuals:
