Arrest in White Oaks shooting

Springfield police are reporting the arrest of at least one person they say was involved in the shooting incident at White Oaks Mall last Saturday.

One man was shot and has non-life threatening injuries.

Police says more arrests can be expected in the future.

They say they are withholding the name of the suspect due to the nature of the investigation.

Police ask anyone who witnessed or has video of the incident to contact the Springfield Police Department at 217.788.8325.
