This is an important video floating around social media.  I have to admit, it opened my eyes to the way I need to change my own language! It doesn’t matter if you are the parent of boys or girls, the message behind #likeagirl is a strong one.  Words matter.  Words have the power to influence a growing spirit. Don’t we want to use words that empower our children instead of ones that make them doubt themselves?
